Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Chaaiya, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to create a creator account. Supporters may be from any location where Razorpay-supported payment methods are available.

3. Creator Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate bank/UPI details for payouts
• You agree not to use the platform for illegal or prohibited content
• Chaaiya reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms

4. Payments & Fees

Chaaiya charges a 1.5% platform fee on each successful payment received by creators. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Payouts to creator bank accounts are processed within 2–3 business days upon request via NEFT/IMPS.

5. Refunds

Payments made to creators are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. In cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, contact us at contact@chaaiya.in for resolution.

6. Prohibited Content

Creators may not use Chaaiya to solicit funds for:

• Illegal activities or substances
• Hate speech, violence, or harassment
• Misleading or fraudulent campaigns
• Adult or sexually explicit content

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using Chaaiya, you grant us a limited license to display your profile information on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chaaiya is provided "as is." We are not liable for payment processing delays, third-party service outages, or losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, pending payouts will be processed within 30 days.
